Due to continued high inquiry volume, our response times remain longer than usual. The OISS team is continuing to assess the Duration of Status (D/S) rule and is reviewing and updating current information to provide the most accurate and up-to-date guidance. At this time, walk-in services and standard appointment scheduling remain temporarily suspended while we prioritize case analysis, information updates, and student and scholar support. We will announce the resumption of walk-in services and appointment scheduling. If you have any questions not answered by site contact, please reach out via email at intnl@lehigh.edu

What We Do

We strive to be well connected to other offices and departments on campus in order to support the entire experience of our international students and scholars. A total of 12.8% of Lehigh's student population in 2025 were international students.

We provide intentional programming designed to bolster the professional and personal development of our international community. We also provide an avenue for our represented countries and cultures to share and engage with the greater campus community.

We continually advocate on behalf of our students and scholars regarding immigration, academic, and personal matters to ensure that their voices are heard within the Lehigh community and beyond.

We aim to facilitate ways for our international students and scholars to engage beyond the Lehigh campus.

We empower Lehigh's international community to take ownership of their immigration status, and academic and professional goals.
