Among many things, Jeanne primarily advises international scholars and departments on J-1 and H-1B visa related matters. On behalf of Lehigh University, she files H-1B applications for faculty and staff.

Olga is a primary immigration advisor for F-1 and J-1 students. She advises students on all aspects of immigration regulations: maintaining legal status, employment in the U.S., transferring, traveling, leave of absence, etc. She is also responsible for the creation of immigration documents (I-20/DS-2019) and assisting students with the visa application process.
