OISS Programming Fund
The Programming Fund is on pause for the 2025-2026 academic year. We are hopeful it will return in the future.
All requests should meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Funding application must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the event.
- Funding is generally limited to a maximum of $500 per event. If the request is for more than $500, the requesting organization must provide justification for the greater amount and must show that they have received support from at least one other source.
- A student organization can be approved for a maximum of $1,000 per academic year.
- Proposed event must be open to the entire Lehigh student community.
Preference for funding will be given to:
- Events that are a collaboration with at least one additional student organization.
- Events that are unique, creative, and offer programming that is unlike other campus events.
- Events that do not charge for admission.
OISS Programming fund process:
- Request form is submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the event
- Requests are reviewed by OISS once per week.
- Within 7 business days of submission, OISS will send an e-mail to the organization representative who submitted the request form. The e-mail will do one of the following (1) approve full or partial funding, (2) deny funding and provide a reason for the denial, or (3) ask for additional information.
- If approved, funds will be transferred to the index listed on the request form. Please note that funds can take up to 3 weeks to be transferred once OISS initiates the request.
