LU/UN Partnership Celebrates 20th Anniversary
Each year more than 1,000 Lehigh faculty, staff and students attend UN conferences, high-level briefings and private meetings with ambassadors and other UN officials in New York City and on campus. No matter what your major, year or discipline, there’s something exciting that you can become involved with via the Lehigh University / United Nations Partnership.

Lehigh Student Senate Creates Initiative to Support UN Sustainable Development Goals
The Student Senate has granted new student organizations on campus the right to affiliate with one of the United Nations' seventeen Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Ten clubs have already aligned with an SDG, and a permanent committee will be formed.
Lehigh Students Meet the UNICEF Director and British Ambassador
Lehigh students discussed UNICEF with Ms. Catherine Russell and Ambassador James Kariuki. Russell addressed budget cuts affecting UNICEF's mission. Ambassador Kariuki talked about UN Security Council reform. Students appreciated learning about global issues through LU/UN Partnership events.

Lehigh University students attended the International Day of Remembrance, focusing on racial justice and human rights, inspiring them to integrate global perspectives into their work.
