Annika is an innovative high school senior at the Nightingale-Bamford School in New York City, with a strong passion for sustainable, ethical entrepreneurship. As the founder of the Cove Collective, she has built a community that connects teen girls across the city through shared interests and meaningful experiences. Annika’s commitment to making an impact is further reflected in her mentorship of young athletes in a low-cost youth basketball program and her volunteer work as president of the Nightingale-Bamford Food Waste Recovery Task Force. Regardless of the role she is in, Annika strives to lead with empathy, understanding, and a positive attitude.
