Since 2004 he has led corporate innovation projects and startup acceleration programs across industries throughout the US, Latin America, Europe, and Asia. He is an expert in co-creation between startups and corporations and has an extensive track record in fintech. He is a cofounder in 3 tech ventures in NYC and co-author of two forward-thinking books, The Creative Firm (2007) and Big 2 Small (2009). Fermin holds graduate diplomas from IESE (2010) and Stanford University Graduate School of Business (2009). He is fluent in Spanish, English, and French and has guest lectured at prestigious Universities around the world such as NYU, Lehigh University, Erasmus University Rotterdam, Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, and University and Teknologi Petronas in Malaysia. He has collaborated with the Iacocca Institute since the year 2000.
