Tom began his career in Workforce Development in Philadelphia, where he discovered his passion for helping people articulate their value and navigate complex hiring processes. He has had the unique opportunity to work with a diverse range of professionals from frontline workers and recent college graduates to senior-level executives. Most recently, he was Director of Career Coaching at Guild, where he led the creation of their first career coaching team serving Fortune 500 employees nationwide. Prior to Guild, his leadership roles at Muhlenberg College and Lehigh University led to transformative changes in career services, significantly boosting student and alumni engagement while earning national media recognition.
