Regina Tendayi

Regina is a trusted HR executive with extensive experience gained whilst working for multinational, global, billion-dollar organizations in Africa and currently in the United States as Director, Strategic Talent Partner at Bayada, the largest Home Healthcare organization in the USA. Prior to relocating to the USA in 2019, Regina held the position of Director HR and Administration at Premier Service Medical Aid Society in Zimbabwe. She has held executive HR leadership positions with PwC and KPMG firms as well as telecoms. Regina has worked as an HR consultant in Zimbabwe, Malawi, Botswana, South Africa, and Swaziland. She uses a systems thinking approach and design-based decision making and problem-solving methodologies to conceptualize, design, develop and lead innovative, and distinctive HRM and OD programs within the prevailing complex context of business.

In 2018, Regina published an HRM book entitled My Boss, the Bully, A Chilling Revelation into Corporate Human Resources Management, where she exposes malpractices associated with HRM issues within the workplace, at the same time proffering solutions. In 2019, she completed another book entitled, HANDS OFF! Avoiding Sexual Harassment in the Workplace. Currently, she is collaborating with Professor Larry Starr in writing an HRM book based on Systems Thinking, an innovative book she believes will revolutionize global HRM thinking. She has published several articles around HRM Systems Thinking. Born in Zimbabwe, Regina earned a BSc Hons Sociology Degree from the U Z, a Master of Business Leadership from UNISA, a Diploma in Personnel Management from IPMZ and in 2022, a Doctoral Degree in Management of Strategy from Thomas Jefferson University, USA. An avid philanthropist, Regina is the Chairperson of Glenview High 2 Former Students Association where they assist underprivileged children with school fees as well as campaign against abuse of drugs, alcohol and sex among students at this high-density based school with a teacher-pupil ratio of an average 1:50. She helps one student (who lost both parents) with university fees. Regina is married to Munya and together have been blessed with 3 children, Chido, Isheanesu and Munya Jnr.
