Lehigh offers a wide range of international programs for students and faculty. These programs give students different learning opportunities where they can experience other cultures first-hand, making them more competitive in an increasingly global job market. And they allow faculty members to expand their international research collaborations and develop new educational initiatives.
You don't have to travel abroad to get an international experience. From the Global Union—a coalition of more than 50 student groups with an international component—to academic programs and relationships like the Lehigh University/United Nations Partnership, Lehigh is truly an international campus right here in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
We also offer a comprehensive set of services for international students and scholars to help them adapt to living on campus so they can have a rewarding cultural and educational experience. This support includes immigration services, orientation and counseling, cultural programs and English as a Second Language training.
In addition, we provide assistance for faculty members in areas like facilitating international collaboration, developing study abroad programs and coordinating international visitors to make it easier for them to add an international component to their research, teaching and service.
